It is scientific-and-production illustrated magazine for specialists of beer and non-alcoholic, wine and liquor and vodka industries. Scientific articles and achievements of science and science and techniques are published. Information on ingredients, materials, raw materials and equipment, seminars, conferences, reports from industrial plants are cove­red. Issued once in two months.
