Summaries: Protection of economic objects against the birds is new pest control service in Russia. Our experience of bird control on the territory of food factory is shown. After three years treatment using complex of bird control approaches pigeon population reduced in 5 times, sparrows in more than 2 times, crows (jackdaws and some rooks and magpies) disappeared at all from the corn of factory's area. The breeding of jackdaws and swallows were completely blocked on territory of factory. Therefore the complex of bird control methods we used on this factory is effective enough for the same types of factories and we can recommend it for the others.

Summaries: In the article the analysis of dynamics of specific gravity of total cost of flour and groats is presented in the cost of consumer basket and in the money profits of population of the Orlovskoy area for 2000-2008. It is set that for sought after period strong growth of prices is marked on a flour and groats on the average on 206 %; the cost of consumer basket for all population of the Orlovskoy area to 2008 as compared to 2003 grew on 116,6 %, specific gravity of total cost of flour and groats in a consumer basket went down on 36,4 % for all population, in the money profits of population this index went down on 58,9 % in salaries and on 44,4 % in pension extra charges.
