The experiment on charging a polypropylene film material and the subsequent microbiological researches is short presented. On a basis of the spent tests conclusions about efficiency of such active packing are made. It is shown that the electret state in a film material slows down growth and development of the microorganisms causing damage of foodstuff, promoting increase in periods of these products', without using food additives. |
