Kasatkin A. V. Error Setting Norms in Circulation of Alcoholic Production

Tags: alcohol production, laws, certificate of conformity, declaration of conformity, certification of quality and safety
Summaries: Inconsistent provisions of normative documents in which requirements to accompanying documents on alcoholic production are established at implementation of its production and a turn are considered. It is given an example considerable material charges which are born by participants of the market owing to unjustified extension of the list of accompanying documents.

Rimareva L. V., Overchenko M. B., Ignatova N. I., Serba E. M.Osmophilic Alcohol Yeast Strain Sacсharomyces Cerevisiae 1039 to Ferment Grain Concentrated Wort

Tags: breeding, mutagenesis, strain, yeast, race, fermentation, concentrated grain mash, osmophilic
Summaries: With the use of a multi-stage selection and mutation screening carried strains of alcohol yeast Sacsharomyces cerevisiae 1039, which has a higher osmophilic. Studied its morphological and cultural characteristics.

Shiyan P. L., Mudrak T. E., Kirilenko R. G., Ermakova A. V.The Influence of Acid-Enzyme Preparations on Hydrolysis of Biopolymers in Alcohol Production

Tags: mash, yeast, ferment, mature brew, organic impurities, the alcohol production
Summaries: The influence of complex enzyme preparations (EP) on the degree of bioconversion of grain raw material biopolymers is researched.
The chemical and technological indexes of fermented washes with the use of EP complexes of selective effect and an activity stabilizer of ion Са2+ enzymes are given. With the use of different enzymes at pH 3,6-4,6 in wash distillates, the content of esters is decreased by 15 %, higher alcohols and organic acids - by 6 and 43 %, respectively.

Buly U. V., Shiyan P. L., Dmitruk A. P.Energy-Saving Technology of Rectification of Ethyl Alcohol

Tags: driven cycles, rectification, phase equilibria, mass transfer, distillation column
Summaries: The authors of the article developed a technology of rectification in managed mode cycles of a delay fluid on the plates and synchronous its flow from the plate on the plate on the whole height of the rectification column due to the additional installed mobile valves, connected with the driving mechanisms, the effect of which is in accordance with set algorithm, when there is a continuous feed to the column of water and steam. The innovative technology allows you to ensure efficient mass exchange between the liquid and vapor and to reduce to 40 % of the consumption of heating steam to the process of rectification.

Tags: water-soluble vitamins, geothermal water, molasses, nutrient medium, ethanol
Summaries: It is established that biological active compounds of geothermal waters of phenol and non- phenol class in the composition of medium cultivating of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y-503 promoted to rising intracellular concentration of water-soluble vitamins of group B and intensification of process biosynthesis of ethanol.

Cherepitsa S. V., Kovalenko A. N., Kulevich N. V., Mazanik A. L., Makoed N. M., Sytova S. N., Zayats N. I.Direct Quantitative Determination of Impurities Compounds in Spirit Drinks with Ethanol as Internal Standard

Tags: spirit drinks; ethanol; internal standard; volatile compounds; gas chromatography
Summaries: In the paper analysis of the present standard base for safety and quality testing of spirit drinks has been done.
There were presented results of experimental investigation on determination of metrological characteristics of the proposed new methodical approach ethanol-ISTD. It is the using of ethanol as internal standard for quantitative determination of toxic impurities concentration in alcohol drinks. On the other hand it allows considerably simplify the procedure of measurement.
The proposed method ethanol-ISTD can be easily implemented in daily practice of analytical and testing laboratories.
