Efremov N. F.Innovative Solutions for Wines Package

Tags: wines package, cooling, thermochromic ink, giftwrap
Summeries: The article discusses new innovative packaging solutions with the function of drink cooling.
For wine packaging a glass bottle with thermal module is designed, that allows drink cooling to a temperature of 10…12 °C within 2 hours. Thermochromic inks changing its color at a temperature of 10…12 °C can be used in design of a bottle. Innovative design of giftwrap is proposed for storage and demonstration of such bottles.

Tags: wine, Madeira, wine material, installation, electric heating, tubular electrode
Summeries: Analyzed methods of maderizing wines in the country.
Suggested installation for the production of quality wines using electrocontact heating.
The essence of the installation and the procedure for its work is described. Found that the proposed installation ensures a uniform saturation of liquid by oxygen. As a result, an intensification of redox processes which are typical for the type of Madeira wines is observed. And it provides economic effect by reducing energy and labor costs.

Arutyunyan F. A., Khachvankyan G. Y., Arutyunyan A. F.Resveratrol Synthesis in Vegetative Organs of Some Native Armenian Grape Varieties. Part 1. Leaves and Berries

Tags: Resveratrol, synthesis, grape areal, native Armenian varieties
Summeries: Found that Resveratrols synthesis in leaves and grape berries of all varieties under study has a sinusoidal form, and it is explained by appropriate training of vines to the hottest summer and winter.
It is shown that in the course of the growing season in these grades two maximums: observed at the end of July and in the third week of October. Minimums are observed mainly at the beginning of September and October. In this case the maximum number of summer Resveratrol synthesized from clone Sev Areni M. at altitudes of 1650 m (53.0 mg/kg in the leaves) and 950 m (4.53 mg/kg in berries). In autumn the highest rates in content of Resveratrols marked in leaves clone Sev Areni M. (66 mg/kg at 1300 m), and berries (6.25 mg/kg) in clone Sev Areni M. and Tozot variety.

Seydalieva B. A.Use of Technogenic Waste Containing Macro and Microelements in Viticulture and Horticulture

  Tags: grape, fertilizer, technogenic waste
Summeries: The article presents the results of research on of technogenic waste processing to produce cleaner universal fertilizer Tabigi nar.
Use of this fertilizer helps to solve the problem of reducing inventories of anthropogenic waste, improve the ecological environment, reducing the deficit fertilizers, improving the soil fertility and crop productivity to ensure socio-economic development and improving the quality of life, food safety products.
The economic effect of making the new fertilizer in vineyards averaged 6.3 ml tenge / ha at low cost for the purchase of fertilizer.
In the future we plan to continue the study and implement the universal fertilizer Tabigi nar for all crops in all countries concerned to improve the fertility of different soil types.

Petrov V. S., Pavlyukova T. P.Role of Loading Vines Bush Shoots in Their Life, Adaptability and Fruiting

Tags: grapes, bush, load, shoots, leaf surface, growth, adaptability, productivity
Summeries: Optimization of canopy management plays an important role in the viability of grapes, the formation of their adaptive capacity in unstable conditions of the environment, extend the.
Experimental studies in the field experiment revealed the close relationship between the magnitude of the canopy management, leaf area, number and quality of the grape harvest.
Loadup bush vine shoots to a certain extent is accompanied by an increase in leaf area. A further increase is accompanied by a decrease in leaf area per unit yield and reduces the weight of bunches of grapes and sugar content in berries, weakening of growth of bushes.
Load bushes 25-30 shoots/bush is optimal for the variety Muscat Ottonel in the ecological conditions of the black sea zone of the South of Russia. Load 45-50 shoots /bush and 40 shoots/bush is optimal for varieties Yekaterinodarsky and Levokumsky respectively in the ecological conditions of the Central zone of the Krasnodar region.
Keeping bushes with optimized load shoots in industrial production contributes to greater frost resistance to grape plants, preservation of reproductive and vegetative organs, stable fruiting, long productive period.

Roychev V. R.Selection Characteristic and Screening of Seedless Grape Hybrids with Colored Berry Juice

Tags: selection characteristic, seedless grape hybrids with colored berry juice, screening
Summeries: Conducted researches on revealing characteristics of the selection and screening of seedless grape hybrids with colored berry juice.
Established that the determination of the relative individual and complex selection value of each plant genotype on quantitative traits gives the opportunity to pick the elite forms, with valuable economic properties.
Among this kind of selective compliance requirements crosses showed seven hybrids for vinification, 7 hybrids - for fresh consumption.
Received 1 st generation of seedless hybrids with colored berry juice can be used in further selection work in two directions: to remove parthenocarpic varieties, giving high-quality color of the wine, and grapes suitable for the production of sweet wines.
